1. Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: You must initiate the return within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. This includes all accessories, manuals, and any free gifts included with the purchase.
  • Non-returnable items: Certain products are non-returnable, such as custom-made or personalized items, gift cards, and digital downloads.

2. How to Return an Item

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@chicciteino.com or call (801) 447-3505 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include your order number, a description of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Prepare the Return: Once your RA number is issued, carefully package the item(s) in its original packaging. Please include your order receipt or a copy of the order confirmation email.
  3. Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that your return is safely delivered.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility requirements. If approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the payment was made via credit or debit card, the refund will appear on your statement within the next billing cycle.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@chicciteino.com with details and photos of the damage. We will offer you a full refund or exchange, including covering the return shipping costs.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, we recommend placing a new order for the replacement item and returning the original item for a refund (following our return process). Unfortunately, we are unable to facilitate direct exchanges.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the specified timeframe, please first check your bank account or credit card statement. If there is still no refund, contact your payment provider as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
